Work as a dishwasher (洗い場 araiba) in the employee cafeteria at Izumi headquarters in Futaba-no-Sato, Hiroshima, a workplace that opened in March 2026. Duties involve washing cooking tools and tableware returned by cafeteria users, using a built-in dishwashing machine (食洗機 shokusenki) -- rinse lightly and load the machine, keeping the workflow steady and manageable. Customers are company employees, so the environment is calm and consistent; you may often hear a friendly "gochisousama" (thank you for the meal) as staff return their trays. The single daily shift runs 11:00 to 15:45 (including a 30-minute break), weekdays only with Saturdays and Sundays off -- ideal for balancing with family or household responsibilities.
