Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Burger King Yume Town Kure Recre, located on the 3rd floor of Recre shopping centre directly adjacent to Kure Station on the JR Kure Line. Counter duties include taking orders, cashier operations, and handing over food to customers; kitchen duties involve preparing burgers and drinks following visible in-store manuals. Senior staff provide thorough, patient training from day one, and no prior food service or customer service experience is needed. Shifts run between 09:00 and 22:00 with a minimum of 3 hours per shift, and the schedule is highly flexible — weekday-only, weekend-only, and short morning or evening slots are all available. A 30% staff discount (社割 shawari) applies on working days, making this particularly attractive for students and those who enjoy the brand's menu. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,350円/hour, a 100-yen premium over the weekday rate.
