Job Description:

This is a side-dish (お惣菜 osozai) cooking and packing role at a food retail facility in Kobe's Hyogo ward, preparing items including fried foods, salads, grilled fish, and sushi for in-store sale. All dishes follow a detailed cooking manual so no prior professional experience is needed — those who cook regularly at home will find the work familiar and manageable. Additional duties include packing finished products, price labelling, shelf display, and cleaning. Two daytime shift patterns are available (07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00); overtime is minimal and staff typically leave on time each day. Both 5-day and 4-day weekly schedules are available; weekends are generally included in the rotation with holiday requests accepted. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and social insurance coverage begins from the first day of employment.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) No overtime. Monthly income example: approx. 252,000 yen (21 days, no overtime).
