Job Description:
This is a hall and cashier staff role at Minato-ken (みなと軒), a ramen, curry, and donburi food court stall on the 3rd floor of Yume Town shopping centre in Kure, Hiroshima. The main duties are register operation — handing customers a buzzer and noting the order number on the receipt — and dishwashing; the register system is straightforward and the store manager says most people get the hang of it within a week. Occasional light cooking assistance may be requested when the kitchen is short-staffed, but this is simple and beginner-friendly. Shifts run within the 09:00-20:00 window with a minimum of 4 hours per shift, as few as 1 day per week, and can be arranged to suit school, childcare, or other commitments. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 100 yen per meal — choices include ramen, curry, and donburi with free toppings for base menu items.
