Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Nagata Honjoiken (長田本庄軒) Sannomiya Center Plaza, a Toridoll Group yakisoba and noodle restaurant located in the basement of Sannomiya Center Plaza in central Kobe, accessible from Sannomiya and Motomachi stations. Duties include greeting and seating guests, assisting with teppan (鉄板 teppan, iron griddle) yakisoba cooking, topping and plating, table clearing and cleaning, register operation (touchscreen), and dishwashing using a dishwasher. Watching the noodles cook on the griddle right in front of customers creates an energetic, interactive atmosphere that brings direct feedback and appreciation from guests. All menu items have recipes provided, making it easy for beginners to contribute from the start; prior service experience is not required. Shifts run within the 08:00-18:00 window with a minimum of 3 hours and 2 days per week on a weekly self-nominated schedule — weekday-only arrangements are available. Native-level Japanese or JLPT N2 or above is required as the role involves customer-facing duties in Japanese. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.
