Work as kitchen support staff at Yukimuratei Fujishiro-ten, a local izakaya restaurant in Toride, Ibaraki, helping with washing up, simple prep work, plating, and general kitchen assistance. The role is beginner-friendly with no difficult techniques required; a manual and training programme are in place so first-timers in food service can start with confidence.
