Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Yawarahara Inter, located a 7-minute walk from Shin-Moriya Station on the Kanto Railway Joso Line in Tsukubamirai City. Duties include cashier and customer service, product management and restocking, shelf display, and cleaning — with tasks introduced one by one at a comfortable pace. Once settled in, staff are encouraged to contribute ideas for shelf layouts and product displays, making the role engaging beyond basic operations. Three shift slots are available: evening (17:00-21:00), early morning (06:00-09:00), and night (21:00-06:00 overnight); a minimum of 1 day per week is all that is required. Night shifts (21:00-06:00) include the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only. High school students may work the evening slot (17:00-21:00) only. The early morning slot (06:00-09:00) pays a slightly higher rate of 1,089円/hour.
