Job Description:

Work at Nagata Honjooken Sannomiya Center Plaza store (長田本庄軒三宮センタープラザ店), a specialty yakisoba restaurant in the basement of Sannomiya Center Plaza, serving Kobe Nagata's soul food -- bakkake yakisoba (ぼっかけ焼きそば), made with beef tendon and konjac in a sweet-spicy sauce, cooked live on an iron plate right in front of customers. Hall and kitchen duties include customer greeting, cashier (タッチパネル式レジ touch-panel register), noodle boiling and iron-plate cooking assistance, toppings, table clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba using a dishwasher), and store cleaning. All menus have complete recipes and senior staff support you step by step -- no experience is needed and many staff started here as their first job. Shifts run within an 08:00 to 18:00 window on weekdays (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off), with weekly flexible shift requests accepted. JLPT N2 or above (or equivalent conversational ability) is required as the role involves Japanese-language customer interaction. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:
