Job Description:

Work at Ootoya Aeon Mall Kita-Toda store (大戸屋ごはん処イオンモール北戸田店), a Japanese home-style restaurant chain in Toda, Saitama, known for hand-prepared cooking including battered fry dishes and charcoal-grilled fish. Hall staff handle customer greeting, order taking, food service (配膳 haizen), and cashier; kitchen staff start with food prep, plating, and dishwashing (食器洗い shokki-arai), then progress to cooking with guidance on knife skills and equipment. Shifts run in a lunchtime window (09:00-17:00) or evening/dinner window (17:00-22:30), with overnight shifts also available (e.g. 22:00-05:00) for those who want to maximise earnings with the deep-night premium; as little as 4 hours per day and 2 days per week is fine. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,563 yen per hour; weekend and public holiday shifts add a further 50 yen per hour. An advance pay system (前払い maebarai) lets you receive earned wages before the pay date (details on request).
