Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen inside the Shin-Koshigaya VARIE Plaza building. Duties include clearing the hall, dishwashing, register work, and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes. Tasks are divided into clear positions so each job can be done efficiently, which makes it manageable from day one. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and full recipes are provided, so people returning after a break or starting their first job can settle in. Customers vary by day and time, so you learn how to communicate with different kinds of people. Shifts fall between 09:00 and 23:00 under a weekly shift request system, from 2 days a week and 3 hours a day, with weekday-only or weekend-only patterns considered. Staff meals (まかない makanai) give 800円 worth of food for 120円, and a family canteen system gives up to 10,000円 per month per child aged 15 or under. The store connects directly to Shin-Koshigaya Station, pay is calculated to the minute, and transport is covered up to 50,000円 a month.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25 percent increase after 22:00. Clear salary increase system with performance evaluation. Bonus system available. Pay calculated in one minute units.
