Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Akamaru-ya Omiya Suzuran-dori, a lively Showa-era-themed yakitori izakaya a 1-minute walk from Omiya Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, known for its regular crowd of loyal customers. Starting duties include seating guests, confirming orders, dishwashing, and cashier operations; as confidence grows, staff progress to serving food and drinks, assisting with cooking, plating, and eventually grilling yakitori — all supported by in-house manuals. Shifts run between 10:00 and 00:00, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and just 1 day per week; the biweekly self-report schedule makes it easy to adjust hours around study, side jobs, or personal commitments. The late-night rate (22:00 onwards) rises to 1,625円/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate, statutory 1.25x), and daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available for times when you need cash quickly. Staff meals include items like yakitori and oden, and a 20,000-yen friend referral bonus is available. Applicants must be aged 20 or over as work takes place in a designated smoking area.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (22:00 onwards, statutory 1.25x): 1,625円/hour. Salary increase available. No change in wage during training period.
