Job Description:

This is a clean-room inspection role at a resin products factory, involving powder loading, visual inspection of finished products, and boxing. The facility is new and well-maintained, and work is quiet and self-paced — well suited to those who prefer focused solo tasks. The factory operates a weekly rotating 3-shift system (3交替 sankoutai): early shift (8:00-17:00), evening shift (13:00-22:00), and night shift (22:00-07:00 overnight), each with a 60-minute break. Weekends are off as standard, with long holidays including GW, summer, and year-end (subject to company calendar). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, so you can receive your wages on a schedule that suits you. A subsidised canteen is on-site with free rice refills, and free bicycle and car parking are provided.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Overtime pay applies for hours beyond standard shifts. Holiday work premium applies for designated holiday shifts.
