Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Oak Town Kita, located a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Kashii Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City. Duties include cashier and customer service operations, product ordering and stock management, shelf merchandising and display, and indoor and outdoor cleaning; experienced staff can also take on promotional displays and sell-through management. The store places strong emphasis on warm, attentive service — hearing "thank you, I'll be back" from regular customers is highlighted as a key source of satisfaction. A minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is all that is required; the schedule is fully negotiable around study, family, or other jobs. Night shifts (22:00-05:00) include the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.
