Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making role at Fukuoka Toei Hotel in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, a 4-minute walk from Watanabedori Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line and 5 minutes from Yakuin Station on the Nishitetsu Line. The cleaning sequence per room runs: collect used linen and waste, prepare fresh linen, clean the bathroom, make the bed, restock amenities, and vacuum — each room takes 15-20 minutes; work is done independently with air conditioning running throughout, making it comfortable in all seasons. There is no customer interaction involved; staff focus quietly on their assigned rooms at their own pace. The shift runs 09:00-14:30 with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 3 days per week; weekend and holiday shifts attract a 50-yen per hour premium (1,150円). A performance-based room-count incentive is also available, and a child allowance of 2,500-3,000円 per month is provided for staff with children. Foreign nationals require JLPT N1 for internal communication purposes.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: +50円/hour (1,150円). Per-room incentive bonus based on rooms cleaned beyond standard quota. Salary increase available. Bonus system available.
