Job Description:
Cook in the kitchen of a bar-style dinner restaurant in Maizuru, Chuo ward, Fukuoka. The role covers preparing and cooking tacos and limited-edition dishes, plating, evening prep work and kitchen cleaning. You are also encouraged to propose new menu items and ideas for making prep more efficient, and your suggestions can become regular dishes. This is a kitchen-focused role rather than a customer service one, so you can concentrate on cooking. The shift is fixed at 17:00 to 22:00 with 5 hours of work and no overtime, so there is no worry about last trains. You can work from 1 day a week with shift requests submitted every one to two weeks, and adjustments between busy and quiet months are easy to arrange. Hairstyle, hair colour, nails, piercings, beards and tattoos are all completely unrestricted. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available, and a sales bonus rewards contributions to the shop's takings.
Wage:
