Job Description:
Guest room cleaning at Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa, two minutes from the north exit of Tachikawa Station. Duties are general room cleaning: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, making beds and restocking amenities. You work in teams of three to five covering a floor together, so you are never left on your own and the supervisor and colleagues step in whenever you need help. Contact with guests is limited to a greeting in passing, which suits people who prefer to concentrate quietly on the work at their own pace. The shift is 10:00 to 15:00, starting late enough for a relaxed morning and finishing in time for shopping or a school pickup. You work from four days a week with a full two days off, and applicants able to cover weekends and public holidays are active here. Beginners are paid the same rate as experienced staff, and overtime stays under 20 hours a month. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) covers train fares in full up to 50,000 yen a month, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned and full social insurance applies.
