Job Description:

Cook and serve at the staff cafe inside Kurashiki Central Hospital, run by Aim Services. Around 300 meals are served, and duties are simple cooking, plating and serving. Many staff here are mothers balancing work with childcare, and the atmosphere is friendly. Three shift patterns rotate through the week, covering early morning to early evening, each with a 45 minute break. You work from 4 days a week, with Sundays and public holidays off and one or two Saturday shifts a month. Some requested days off can be arranged, and public holiday work happens around 5 times a year. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent to you and staff meals (賄い makanai) are provided. A points system rewards long service, birthdays and staff referrals, with points exchangeable for food and appliances, and a welfare programme gives discounts on over 200,000 services nationwide that your family can also use. Cooking experience in a part-time or casual role is preferred, and the upper employment age under company rules is 70.
