Job Description:

Work at a Himeji-style rich tonkotsu ramen restaurant in Tamashima, Kurashiki. Duties cover customer service, cooking, register work and the dishwashing area, and you can start from the position that suits you best. The shop makes its own noodles, with customers choosing between thin and wavy types, so there is real craft to the work. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and a full manual are provided, so first-time workers and people returning after a break can settle in easily. Shifts fall between 08:30 and 01:00 under a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with days of 4 hours or fewer possible. Weekend-only or weekday-only patterns are both available and times and days can be discussed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) give half price on the entire menu, and even short shifts qualify. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, transport is covered up to 30,000円 a month, and free hairstyle, hair colour and piercings are permitted.
