Job Description:

This is an agricultural equipment sorting and packing role in Okayama Minami-ku, operated through Techno Service dispatch. You will sort and pack farming machinery components, with senior staff on hand to support you from day one — no experience or qualifications are needed. The shift runs weekdays only from 09:00 to 17:45, with weekends and public holidays off; occasional overtime of up to one hour may occur during busy periods. Public transport commuting is possible, and transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full. A uniform is provided, and a pre-start workplace visit is available so you can check the environment before beginning. Native-level Japanese is required for this role.
