Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Innosho store, a popular udon chain restaurant along Route 179 in Tsuyama, Okayama. Duties are divided into clearly defined tasks — hall clearing, dishwashing, cashier, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so you can start with what suits you and build from there. A thorough training (研修 kenshuu) system and complete recipe guides mean no prior experience is needed, and career gaps are actively welcomed. Shifts are flexible on a weekly request basis: weekday lunches, short morning slots, or full weekend hours are all possible. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn a statutory 25% deep-night premium on top of the base rate. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.
