Job Description:
This is a staff supervisor and warehouse sorting role at a large air-conditioned logistics centre in Hashima City, Gifu, handling drugstore and pharmacy products. Approximately half of the work is desk-based: taking roll call of team members (around 10 people), checking attendance, and drawing up the following month's shift schedule. The other half involves working on the warehouse floor alongside the team, sorting drugstore products and handling outbound shipping tasks. Training starts with business manner basics and an overview of operations, followed by on-the-job training (OJT kenshuu) with a senior colleague, with independent working expected within 2 to 6 months. The facility has clean rest rooms, break rooms, and full air conditioning, making it comfortable for all genders. Salary reviews are held twice a year with increase opportunities. Staff aged 10 to 60 are active at this site, with the main group being 20s to 40s.
