Job Description:

This is a cooking assistant role in the staff canteen of a large automotive parts factory in Kaizu, Gifu. Duties involve food preparation support such as cutting vegetables, portioning rice, soup and side dishes, and serving — actual cooking is handled by qualified chefs, so no cooking experience is needed. About 90% of staff started with no experience, and there is thorough on-the-job training (研修 kenshuu) provided. Shifts run between 09:00 and 15:00, with the option to choose whether to take a break, allowing you to finish in as little as 4 hours 45 minutes. This is a short-term position running until 31 October 2026, with no overtime. Advance payment (前払い maemae) is available for urgent financial needs, paid from earned wages and separate from daily or weekly pay systems. Hair colour and style are free. Car, motorcycle, bicycle and walking commutes are all welcome, with free parking on site.
