Job Description:

This is a combined front desk and room cleaning role at Hotel Victoria Court, a leisure hotel that opened in April 2025 in central Asahikawa — less than a year old and in pristine condition throughout. Front desk duties are minimal: checking guests in and out using an automated payment machine, and handling internal and external phone calls — each guest interaction lasts only one to two minutes, with no cash handling required. Room cleaning duties include bed-making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu), bathroom cleaning, and restocking amenities; rooms are cleaned in pairs, keeping individual workload light. Two shift patterns are available: day shift 09:00-17:00 and evening shift 17:00-00:00, each with a one-hour break; a minimum of 4 hours per shift is accepted from 2 days per week. A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 on evening shifts, raising the effective rate to 1,500円 per hour. A trial period of 1 to 3 months applies at 1,075円 per hour before rising to the standard 1,200円 rate. Transport costs are fully covered; car and motorbike commuting are permitted with free parking on site.
