Job Description:

This is a food packaging picking and packing role at a small factory in Sayama City, placed through Hot Staff Kawagoe (株式会社ホットスタッフ川越), 10 minutes walk from Shin-Sayama Station's north exit. Work involves picking specified food packaging rolls from shelving, packing them into boxes, and placing the filled boxes onto designated pallets — a simple, repetitive cycle with very few items to memorise. The team is small with around 6 workers on the floor; boxes weigh up to 20 kg but are hand-sized in dimensions, and a spot cooler keeps the workspace comfortable during warmer periods. Two shift options are available: a full 08:00-17:00 shift (8 hours actual work) or a shorter 10:00-15:00 shift (5 hours) — shorter hours can be discussed at application. An advance payment system is available with Same-day ATM withdrawal possible via Seven Bank ATM in increments of 1,000円 by submitting a timesheet by email; daily, weekly, and advance payment options are all offered within guidelines.
