Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu) role at Hotel Route-Inn Honjo Eki Minami, part of the nationwide Route-Inn Group operating approximately 400 hotels across Japan and internationally. Duties cover full room turnover: vacuuming, wiping surfaces, making beds with fresh linen, cleaning the unit bathroom, and restocking amenities and supplies — tasks that closely mirror domestic housekeeping but with professional technique and standards. The shift runs from 09:30 to 15:00 with no overtime, making it straightforward to balance with childcare, school pick-ups, or other commitments; a minimum of 3 days per week is preferred with days open to discussion. A 2-month trial period applies at the same base rate of 1,150円 per hour; annual salary increases of 10円 per hour are available for up to 5 review cycles. Staff receive a Benefit Station membership covering discounts on travel, dining, and leisure for themselves and family members, plus Route-Inn Group electronic coupons (accommodation and dining, twice yearly). A graduation award (卒業祝金 sotsugyou-iwaikin) of 10,000円 per year of service is paid when leaving; a staff referral bonus of 20,000円 in QUO card is also in place.
