The primary task involves folding flat cardboard sheets into boxes and packing printed goods and products into them; additional duties include product inspection, sorting, and stock management. The shift runs from 21:00 to 06:00 (overnight), giving a full night schedule that frees up daytime hours completely — well suited to those who prefer to keep mornings and afternoons for personal use. A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,475円 per hour applies to all hours between 22:00 and 05:00 within this shift (statutory 1.25x rate). An advance payment system is available with earnings accessible as soon as 5 days after working; transport costs are fully covered and a uniform is provided at no cost.
