Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Kyoto Gion Kayanoya, a newly opened Japanese restaurant (グランドオープン 2025年6月) in the Gion district of Kyoto's Higashiyama-ku, five minutes walk from Gion-Shijo Station. Kayanoya is a well-known brand of dashi-focused Japanese cuisine, and this Kyoto Gion location is a prestigious new store in a landmark area. Work covers guest reception and seating, food and drink service, table clearing, cashier duties, and cleaning — no kitchen work involved. Two shift options are available: early (11:30-15:00, no break) or evening (18:00-22:00, no break), making it possible to work around other commitments with a minimum of two days per week. Prior food and beverage experience of any kind is required (cafe, fast food, or restaurant). Staff at Dimple enjoy a 10% discount at Daimaru Matsuzakaya department stores as a company benefit. Note: this placement qualifies as day-labour dispatch (日雇い派遣 hiyatoi-haken) — applicants must meet at least one condition: household or personal income of 5,000,000円 or more, currently enrolled as a daytime student, or aged 60 or above.
