Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff role at 京都祇園茅乃舎 (Kyoto Gion Kayanoya), the renowned Fukuoka-based dashi brand's restaurant in Gion, placed through Dimple (株式会社ディンプル), 5 minutes walk from Gion-Shijo Station in Higashiyama Ward. Duties are kitchen-only with no hall or register work: cutting meat and vegetables, frying with a commercial fryer, cooking udon and hot-pot dishes, plating, and finishing — experience from any food service background (cafe, fast food, restaurant) is sufficient to get started. Shifts run within the 11:00-22:00 window for 5 to 8 hours of actual work; shorter shifts finishing by 16:00 are available for those who want to be done before the evening. The base rate is 1,550円 per hour, rising to 1,600円 depending on experience and contribution; a minimum of 3 days per week is required on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
