Job Description:

This is a staff supervisor and warehouse sorting role at a large logistics centre handling drugstore and pharmacy products in Hashima, Gifu. The work is split roughly half and half between desk-based team management tasks and hands-on warehouse floor duties. Management tasks include taking attendance roll calls (点呼 tenko) for a team of around 10 staff, creating the following month's shift schedule (シフト作成 shifuto-sakusei), and monitoring daily attendance. Floor duties involve sorting drugstore merchandise and handling outbound shipment work as needed. The facility is fully air-conditioned and well equipped, with a staff rest room and clean washroom facilities -- the environment is described as comfortable for all genders. Training begins with business manner and workflow basics, followed by on-the-job training (OJT) alongside a senior colleague, with independent operation expected within 2 to 6 months.
