Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making (客室清掃 kyakushitsu seisou) role at Route Inn Grantia Hanyu SPA RESORT, a Route Inn group spa resort hotel a 3-minute walk from Hanyu Station west exit in Saitama. Tasks closely mirror everyday household cleaning and include full room cleaning, bed-making, bathroom cleaning, linen and sheet changes, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and restocking guest amenities -- experienced staff share professional tips and techniques that are also useful in daily home life. The shift runs from 09:45 to 15:00, making this a morning-to-early-afternoon position with a fixed finish time and no overtime. A 2-month trial period applies at the standard rate of 1,150 yen per hour; a regular salary increase of 10 yen per year applies up to a maximum of 5 increases, and a graduation bonus of 10,000 yen per year of service is paid on leaving.
