Job Description:

You will work at Toridoru Suita (とりどーる吹田店), a Toridoll Group yakitori and family dining restaurant in Suita, Osaka, handling both hall and kitchen duties in a lively open-kitchen environment. Hall duties include welcoming guests, cashier work via touch-panel register, table clearing, dishwashing, and store cleaning; kitchen duties include skewering and grilling chicken over charcoal, preparing karaage (唐揚げ), rice dishes, and side items, as well as food prep and plating. The open kitchen setup means customers can watch the cooking, creating a vibrant atmosphere that is popular with families and regular local customers. Weekday operating hours are 09:00-16:00; weekend and holiday hours extend to 09:00-23:30. Hours from 22:00 attract the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 25% above base rate (approx. 1,563 yen/hour). Weekend and holiday shifts also attract a wage bonus. Minimum 3 hours and 2 days per week; shifts submitted weekly. No resume required for interview.
