Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Omiya Nishi, a udon chain restaurant along Route 16 (Nishi-Omiya Bypass) in Saitama City's Nishi district, just 5 minutes from Nishi-Omiya Station North Exit. Duties include udon boiling and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing, and hall clearing - each staff member focuses on one dedicated position per shift. A step-by-step training system with full recipe guides is in place; first-time part-timers, high school students (weekends required), and career-gap returners are all welcome. Shifts run 08:30-23:00 with flexible scheduling; a deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies to hours worked from 22:00 onwards. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (makanai) available for 120 yen per meal, up to 800 yen worth of food per shift.

Wage:
