Job Description:

Work as front desk, kitchen, or floor staff at Jankara karaoke venues in Kyoto's Kawaramachi area - four stores recruiting together (Kawaramachi Honten, Shijo Kawaramachi, Super Jankara Kawaramachi Honten, Kyoto Kawaramachi Ominaya). Front desk duties include room and machine guidance and self-service payment terminal assistance; kitchen duties cover drink and food preparation and dishwashing; floor duties involve room setup and food and drink delivery to rooms. The shift window runs 07:00-06:30 (next day) across all time slots, so both morning and deep-night positions are available. A deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00, raising the rate to approximately 1,513 yen per hour. All shifts after 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Advance payment (mae-barai) of up to 50% of earned wages is available 24 hours a day via convenience store ATM, receivable as early as the next day. Staff receive up to 50% discount on karaoke room charges when using the venues personally. Foreigners and international students are active at these locations.
