Job Description:

This is an operator and packing role at an automotive parts manufacturer in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture, accessible from Fujioka Station on the Gotemba Line. Operator tasks include supplying component materials to assembly equipment, clearing minor line stoppages (チョコ停解除 chokotei-kaijo), and packing finished parts. Logistics tasks include transporting components, sub-materials, and finished goods by trolley within the facility. Tools used include callipers (ノギス nogisu) and standard hand tools - training is provided and no prior manufacturing experience is required. Two shift patterns run on a rotation system: a daytime shift (08:15-17:00 or 08:15-18:00) and an overnight shift (20:15-05:00 or 20:15-06:00); both involve 8 hours of actual work with a 45-minute break.
