Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff role at Mikan no Sato, a residential care home (住宅型有料老人ホーム juutaku-gata yuurou-roujin-houmu) in the Mikkabi area of Hamamatsu's Hamana-ku district. Work is carried out under the guidance of a chef (調理師 chourishii) and registered dietitian, covering meal preparation, portioning care-home meals (介護食 kaigoshoku), plating, serving, clearing, and kitchen cleaning. No special cooking skills are required — the focus is on steady, reliable support of the kitchen team. Multiple shift options are available across morning through early evening, and working days and hours can be discussed to suit your schedule. Early and late shifts earn an additional allowance of 100円/hour, and weekend and public holiday shifts also receive 100円/hour extra. Transportation allowance is covered up to 10,000円 per month, and car commuting is welcome with on-site parking.

Wage:

1,116円～1,300円 (per hour) Early/late shift allowance: +100円/hour. Weekend and public holiday allowance: +100円/hour. Salary increases available.
