Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at Smart Place Inn Kyoto Nijo-jo-mae, a designer hotel five minutes walk from Nijo-jo-mae Station in Kyoto, part of the Nine Hours group. The hotel has a striking interior that has won a Good Design Award and attracts many international guests, giving the workplace an overseas atmosphere. Duties include bed-making, room cleaning and general housekeeping to maintain the hotel's freshly built-out condition — the focus is keeping rooms pristine rather than deep cleaning. Shifts run from 11:00 to 15:00, four hours per day, with a minimum of two days per week. No English is required. The workplace has a flat, open culture where staff ideas about tools and workflow are actively welcomed and implemented. Hair colour, nail polish, piercings, beards and accessories are all permitted.

Wage:

1,170円 (per hour) Salary increase available. No pay reduction during 120-hour training period.
