Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Komeda Coffee (コメダ珈琲店 Komeda Kouhiiten), a popular Nagoya-origin cafe chain known for its relaxed atmosphere, toast-included morning sets, and signature Shironoir dessert. Work covers all front-of-house duties: customer service (接客 settkyaku), cashier (レジ reji), clearing tables, and cleaning the hall, equipment, and utensils. Five shift time slots cover the full day from 06:00 through to 24:00, so you can choose the band that suits your lifestyle — three or more shifts per week with five hours preferred per shift. Lunch hours (12:00-14:00) carry a premium rate of 1,270円 on weekdays and 1,320円 on weekends and holidays, and a weekend allowance of +50円/hour applies outside that window too. An early morning and late night allowance of +20円/hour applies for all shifts between 06:00-08:00 and 22:00-24:00. Shift scheduling is flexible and can accommodate students during exam periods, job-hunting seasons, and short-term study abroad.
