Job Description:

This is a counter sales role at a well-known gyutan (牛たん gyutan, beef tongue) specialty shop inside Espal Sendai, directly connected to Sendai Station with no outdoor walk required in any weather. Duties follow a simple three-step flow: take the customer's order, place items into a bag, and handle the register and handover. Stock replenishment is also handled during quieter periods. The product range is small and focused on familiar signature items, making it easy to learn quickly even for those new to food retail. This is a 紹介予定派遣 (shokai yotei haken) placement: after a 6-month dispatch period, the role converts to direct full-time employment (正社員 shain) with a monthly salary of 239,500-266,000 yen. Some prior sales experience (any product category) is required; food retail experience is not necessary.

Wage:

1,350円～1,400円 (per hour) After full-time conversion: monthly salary 239,500-266,000 yen (includes fixed overtime 59,000-66,000 yen/45 hours). Bonus twice yearly after 1 year. Retirement allowance after 3 years.
