Job Description:
This is a kitchen and cooking support role at a prestigious hotel restaurant in Hamamatsu City's Chuo Ward, placed through staffing company Bloom. You will assist with teppan (iron griddle) cooking, with new starters beginning on support tasks and gradually taking on full cooking duties as they gain confidence. Additional duties include dishwashing and keeping the kitchen and cooking area clean throughout the shift.
