Job Description:
This is a guest room cleaning and bed making role at Rakuten STAY Atami, a stylish designer accommodation facility in Atami City, Shizuoka, operated by facility management company Taiyo Giken. Your duties include making beds, collecting rubbish, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and washbasins, dusting and vacuuming guest rooms, and replenishing guest room supplies. No specialist machinery or equipment is involved — everything is taught from scratch so applicants with no prior cleaning experience are very welcome. This is an opening staff opportunity as the facility has just begun operations under new management. Shifts run 10:00-14:00, making it ideal for those who want to finish work in the early afternoon and fit shifts around family, school, or a second job. Weekend-only and weekday-only schedules are both available, and advance consultation on preferred days is welcomed including for long-holiday or school-event absences. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is partially covered up to 35,000 yen per month. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and a year-end and New Year allowance is also included.
