Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Shimokawara Icchome, located in Suruga-ku, Shizuoka City, a 15-minute walk from JR Abekawa Station. Main duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier and customer service at the register (レジ reji), product restocking, shelf arrangement, store cleaning, and product ordering; tasks are introduced gradually through a training (研修 kenshuu) programme. Four shift slots are available: early morning (早朝 souchou) 06:00-09:00 at 1,200 yen per hour, morning 09:00-13:00 at 1,154 yen, afternoon-to-close 13:00-22:00 at 1,154 yen, and overnight (夜勤 yakin) 22:00-06:00 at 1,443 yen per hour including the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). The overnight rate of 1,443 yen already includes the 25% late-night premium for the 22:00 to 05:00 portion. Minimum commitment is 3 hours per shift; slots (1), (3), and (4) require at least 2 days per week, while slot (2) requires at least 3 days per week. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are open to applicants aged 18 and over only, as required by Japanese labour law. Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting are all permitted; weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both accepted.
