Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Atami Ginza Osakana Shokudo Hanare, a popular and lively seafood restaurant in the heart of Atami's famous Ginza shopping street. The restaurant is well known for its theatrical presentation — staff announce dishes with drumbeats and call out "Atami!" during photo moments, so a cheerful, energetic personality fits right in. Your main role is food service (配膳 haizen) — bringing dishes to tables, tidying up, and taking orders as you gain confidence. Once familiar with the floor, you will also handle cashier duties (レジ reji). Shifts run between 07:00 and 17:00 with no overtime — from as little as 2 hours a day and 1 day a week, making this ideal for homemakers or anyone juggling other commitments. An early morning slot (07:00-09:00) earns a bonus of 100 yen per hour (time given 早朝 souchou) at 1,450 yen/hour. Staff meals (まかない makanai) including seafood rice bowls are provided free of charge. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full.

Early morning premium (早朝 souchou): +100 yen/hour from 07:00-09:00 (1,450 yen/hour). Long holiday premium (year-end/New Year etc.): +300 yen/hour (previous year was +500 yen/hour). Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available.
