Job Description:

This is a picking and packing role at a logistics facility in Taiwa-machi, Kurokuwa-gun, Miyagi Prefecture, placed through staffing agency Techno Service. You will use a handy terminal and trolley cart to pick products, then pack and sort them for dispatch; some heavy items are involved so a degree of physical fitness is helpful. Two shift patterns are available: a day shift (07:00-16:00) and an overnight shift (19:00-04:00), running under a two-rotation system (2交替制 ni-koutai-sei). No experience or qualifications are required — training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one, and career gap applicants are welcome. Weekends and public holidays are fully off under a company calendar, giving you reliable time off every week. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and a friend referral digital gift campaign (3,000 yen) is currently running under company regulations.
