Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Ganso Sendai Hitokuchi Gyoza Azuma Sendai Ginza, a speciality one-bite gyoza restaurant opening in November 2026 in central Sendai's Aoba Ward, operated by Emushisu Co., Ltd. As an opening staff member, you will start pre-opening training at a sister store before the new location opens — meaning everyone begins at the same level with no experience gap between colleagues. Hall duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks; kitchen duties cover food preparation and mise en place, cooking, plating, and drink preparation; closing duties include cleaning and tidying after service. Shifts run from the evening through to the early hours under a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a window of 15:00 to 03:00 — evening-only, deep-night-only, and short-hour patterns are all negotiable. Late-night shifts (22:00-03:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided at no personal cost, and a clear skills-sheet salary progression system (スター制度) allows you to raise your hourly rate up to 1,450円 with clear, objective targets.
