Job Description:

This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) food processing role at a food manufacturing facility in Watari-machi, Miyagi, handling the shaping, packaging, and inspection of ready-made food products including spring rolls (春巻き harumaki), doria, and gratin. Tasks involve forming products into shape, filling bags and packaging boxes, adding toppings, and checking and correcting items that do not meet quality standards. Three daytime shift patterns are available within an 08:30 to 18:30 window; actual working time is 7 hours 30 minutes per shift with a 60-minute break, and overtime is rare. Night shift slots are also available and can be discussed at application; the primary recruitment is for the daytime patterns listed above. Working days are Monday to Saturday with Sundays and public holidays off; long-term, stable employment is the intended arrangement.
