Job Description:

This is a hotel lounge and common area cleaning role at Richmond Hotel Sendai in Aoba Ward, operated by Royal Group company RNT Hotels. Your duties include wiping tables and vacuuming the lounge and kids space, tidying toys used by children, checking and restocking amenities throughout the hotel, and cleaning and maintaining the lounge drink bar machine including cup replenishment and parts cleaning. You will also provide basic in-hotel directions to guests, with full floor staff handling anything you cannot answer. No special skills or experience are needed — everyday tidying and cleaning ability is all that is required, and over 80% of current staff started with no hospitality experience. An advance draw system (前払い maewatashi) is available: up to 50% of earned wages can be drawn at any time with no limit on the number of requests. Must be able to work at least one of Saturday or Sunday; applicants who can only work weekdays cannot be accommodated. Royal Group discount vouchers (20% off at Royal Host, Ten-ya, Shakey's, Sizzler and more) are provided monthly, and an employee hotel stay voucher is also issued. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required. A clear pathway to full-time employment and management exists within the Royal Group.

Wage:
