Job Description:
This is an aluminium product wrapping and packing role at a factory in Moka City, Tochigi, placed through UT Agent Co., Ltd. under an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣) contract — meaning you are employed directly by UT Agent as a permanent employee and dispatched to the factory site, with your employment continuing even during gaps between assignments. Your main task is wrapping large aluminium sheet rolls (approximately 2-3 metres in length, similar in shape to a toilet paper roll) in plastic film; the work is repetitive and individual-paced, well suited to those who prefer focused, methodical tasks. Applicants holding a forklift licence may also be assigned to forklift operation duties. A daily payment system (日払い hibarai) is available: funds can be received in as little as 5 minutes after submitting a smartphone application (subject to company regulations). Working hours are daytime only (08:00-17:00) with no overtime as a rule, and weekends plus major holiday periods (summer, year-end and New Year) are fully off — 118 days of annual leave in total.
