Join the opening team at Seven-Eleven Ashikaga Tobu Ekimae, a new branch located directly in front of the south exit of Ashikaga-shi Station in Tochigi. Duties include cashier operation and customer service (レジ reji — barcode scanning only, very straightforward), stocking shelves with food and daily goods, store cleaning, and receiving deliveries. As you gain confidence, you will also take on product ordering and cash register checks. Seven shift slots cover the full 24-hour day — from an early morning slot from 06:00 through to overnight shifts ending at 06:00 — so there is a time that suits any lifestyle. Night shifts from 22:00 earn a 25% premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), reaching 1,406 yen/hour. This is an opening staff opportunity — everyone starts fresh together. The store is right outside the station, making commuting very convenient.

Wage:

1,125円 (per hour) Early morning slot ① (06:00-09:00): 1,200 yen/hour (research period 1,125 yen/hour). Night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% uplift from 22:00-05:00, reaching 1,406 yen/hour (applies to slots ⑥ and ⑦, same rate during training). Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available.
