Job Description:

Pack and load agricultural machinery parts — specifically tractors — at a warehouse in the Utsunomiya area of Tochigi, placed through staffing agency Sogo Career Option. The work involves packing parts and loading them onto trucks for outgoing shipment; items weigh up to 15 kg and all work is done standing on a non-line (cell-style) production floor. No prior warehouse or logistics experience is needed — you start with straightforward tasks and build from there, with full support from a dedicated coordinator throughout the placement. A workplace visit can be arranged before your start date so you can check the environment and ask questions before committing. Shifts run daytime from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off (company calendar applies). Overtime exceeds 20 hours per month, giving a meaningful boost to monthly earnings on top of the 1,600 yen base rate. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and registration is fully online with no office visit or resume required. A 14-day trial period applies at the start of placement.
