Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sukiya Kuroiso Sumiyoshi, a gyudon fast food restaurant in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi, located 15 minutes walk from Kuroiso Station on the JR Tohoku Main Line. Hall duties include guiding guests, serving dishes, processing payment, and clearing tables; kitchen duties cover plating and food preparation following a detailed manual system. The store uses a self-order system (customers order themselves) and a self-checkout register, so cash handling is minimal — making this one of the more straightforward fast food roles to learn. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is available on earned wages within company regulations. A meal assistance benefit applies for any shift of 1 hour or more, allowing staff to purchase menu items at a special discount price. Early morning hours (05:00-09:00) carry a bonus of 150円 per hour, and late-night hours (22:00-05:00) pay 1,500円. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). High school students may work until 21:00 only, and school permission is required before applying. Hair colour and style are free; no resume is required to apply.
